One of my close friends was having trouble with his internet, so I was helping him get his Chromecast working. I ended up logged into his ISP's router.

How I Deploy Public and Private Apps on My Own Hardware With No Per-App Bill
One NixOS VM running k3s, two Traefik ingress classes, a Cloudflare Tunnel for public apps and NetBird for private ones. Adding an app is a ClusterIP Service plus an Ingress, and DNS and TLS happen on their own.
I Blamed My ISP For Three Months. It Was My Router.
Upgraded to a UniFi Express 7, got terrible performance, filed an ISP support ticket, and eventually realized it was my own network. Switched to OPNsense and got full line rate and a bufferbloat A.
